PROPERTY MANAGER / MAINTENANCE MANAGER NEEDED
Our managed properties are located in the City of Buffalo and first-ring suburbs. We are seeking a professional property manager with good "all-around handyman" skills to perform maintenance and repairs at our rental properties. Applicants must have experience as a landlord or property manager as well as general home repair and maintenance experience.
REQUIREMENTS (Applicants MUST Have)
- reliable transportation (truck or other load-carrying vehicles preferred)
- a clean, valid driver's license
- a "smartphone" cell phone with unlimited access to talk, text, email, and 4G data,
- a basic, professional tool set (enough to perform common maintenance and repairs).
This is a full-time position with both property management and maintenance responsibilities. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm; this position will also require you to be "on call" to respond to occasional emergency maintenance situations outside of normal business hours. About half of your time will be spent working from our home office in North Buffalo. The other half of your time will be spent in the field conducting hands-on home repairs and supervising maintenance staff.
